Snow at Cajon Summit
Author: tgcostello

I was one of several hardy souls reveling in the sunshine and snow, along with windy ~30 degrees conditions on Cajon this morning. Here are a few of my takes on the day. First up were two eastbound BNSF intermodal trains. The former hauling domestic stacks and the latter ISO containers.

Second pair are UP Trains. The first is my third and last shot of UP 4168 eastbound at Summit. Heading down the hill I caught this westbound with UP 4168 leading at Mormon Rocks. Stopped at Amapola Rico Taco on Cajon Blvd. in San Bernardino for lunch, spent 45 minutes on the Pepper Avenue overpass at UP West Colton and made it home by 1:30pm. Regards to the other TO members I met this morning. Enjoy.

PS, great to see you on the hill, Craig!
