I will see if I can post the picture of the crane placing it back on the rails today which took most of the day.

Surprisingly back in seventy during a strike manangement used an SD7 to switch Jones. Of course the track structure was forty five years younger!

Date: 02/28/15 19:24 Re: Box car on the ground at Jones chemical Torrance Author: coastdaylight The conductor screwed up using the boxcar as a idler to keep the engines off the Jones spur. Jones had told the UP not to use a car of this length for this purpose. The railroad has done this before.

I used to switch a place in Charlotte, NC also called Jones Chemical. They got chlorine, among other things.
