Today was a bright cool sunny day in Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub with a high-low of 43-24. Tried to catch the sunny side of the tracks today, mostly successful, LOL. Here are some of the trains that rolled thru the backyard and beyond.

1. WB 1003am grain train with BNSF 5187-5323 on the point with DPU.
2. DPU BNSF 1082 on same train.
3. EB 1042am coal train with BNSF 8483, green and cream 9810 and BNSF 5992 on the pull with DPU.

5. EB 1052am work train with BNSF 2352 and green BN 1979 on the point running light with a friendly wave from the hogger.
6. Another shot of same train heading towards CP W. Tokio.

12. DPU BNSF 9200 fading away on same coal train towards downtown Ritzville, WA.
13. WB 1114am grain train with BNSF 5355-4119 on the pull with DPU along with a friendly toot-toot from the hogger. Train beat me to the crossing, so missed the sunny side of the train, darn it.

22. NS 6911 rolling across Bauman Rd. crossing.
23. DPU BNSF 5209 looking like a honorary steam engine.

24. WB 411pm manifest train with BNSF 6987, warbonnet 794 and NS 8077 on the point.
25. Meet NS 8077 on same train.

Geez Larry.. I don't know what train I would have chase more. Light power or the train with EMD on the point..??
