Western Railroad Discussion > up 1989 visits So Cal todayDate: 03/19/15 20:53 up 1989 visits So Cal today Author: tc I got the word that UP 1989 was coming down the coast today so after work I decided to see if I could catch the S/B movement to bad the 1989 was the rear unit but made the best of it. 1st shot is the auto repo coming into camarillo ca with amtrak 777 in the hole 2nd is the headend power, 3rd is the train passing the old sp depot in simi valley on the metrolink coast sub. I don't know what made this train so important but most of the trains along the line held for it.
