Author: 55002 Whilst escaping the British winter, I came across Utah Railway GP40-3, freshly out-shopped from the G & W works at Panama City, FL. It the first GP40 to get it. 3000 had nice paint before so does 3001. 3002 is the one that needed the paint job the most. Here 3000 in it's grey a few years back.
