Peninsula Terminal RR in Portland Q's.

Does this shortline operate on any kind of schedule?  Any tips for catching them?  Is there anywhere they can be photographed?  They seem to be the unicorn of shortline railroads.

well, my info is dated, but they used to run to UP Barnes yard every Sunday morning. They would go anytime between say 9:00 am and 11:00am. I do not know much about the Monday-Friday routine. I left Portland in 2011, so I am not sure if the Sunday info is still valid.
