I was able to get out very little this week, dodgeing rain storms and heavy clouds in the area, but was able to shoot a good diversity of trains and power.
1.    First up is a manifest blasting through Adair OK on UP's Cherokee Sub led by UP 4198, after takeing 1'22" to go 12 miles due to a MofW project, which helped the cause a little because it created a fleet of 5 trains all running on each others yellow blocks.
2.    With barely enough time to move a few miles north to Big Cabin OK DPU UP 6462 shoving restricted speed on an ethanol train.
3.    And right behind it was the celebrity of the day and welcome western visitor UP 1983 on the KCPB manifest at Keele Sdg just south of Vinita OK.

4.    And also at LaBarge, the detector/approach to the diamond in Wagoner where the UP Cherokee Sub (Katy) crosses the Wagoner Sub (MoP)
5.    I noticed in all cases I had several shots of the 1983 and they all looked "dusty" account the sanders were stuck on second unit.
6.    Also at LaBarge, the ever present ETRX coal load with UP 6477 in charge.

7.    Couple of nice manifest trains KCFW with UP 7674 and 3 SD70Ms departing Muskogee OK
8.    A 1x1 manifest at Wagoner OK with UP 7671 leading
9.    and UP 7713 as the DPU

I would say the sanders was stuck on the front truck of the 1983, not the second unit. Sand wouldn't go forward like that. upkpfan
