Moment of silence at 3 PM

As part of Memorial Day there is supposed to be a moment of silence observed at 3PM local time.
Amtrak trains are supposed to sound their horn at this time.
So at 3 o'clock if you hear a bunch of horns, now you know why.

It's only the Corridor, no passenger trains run anywhere else.
