Union Pacific - ES44 decal?

Does anyone have a good close up picture of the decal that is just above the builders decal on Union Pacific ES44ACCTE that sort of looks like a globe with a ribbon around it?

I'm thinking this is possibly a smart start logo, but I have no clue really.

It's for the GPS monitoring system.  The image is the same decal on a CSX unit.
