It was a warm day in Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub with a white sky with a tad of blue. Still hazy smoke in the upper sky with a high-low of  89-61 and two drops of rain during the night, it missed Ritzville. Traffic has been steady today with only a 2hr gap in the afternoon. Here are some of the trains that passed thru the backyard and Bauman Rd. All trains were toot-tooting by the house today with MOW working down the way. I assume they were all happy to see me, LOL.

1. EB 501pm manifest train with Warbonnet 720, BNSF 8470 and green and cream 9579 on the pull.
2. Another shot of same power.
3. WB 834am intermodal train with a burned BNSF 4728 in the head-end mix.

4. WB 912am garbage/intermodal train with BNSF 6590-4481 on the point.  
5. WB 934am grain train wikth BNSF 7370-8035 on the pull with DPU.
6. WB 1002am manifest train with BNSF 5148-4766 and CIT 6015 on the point.

Great photos in spite of the white sky! Love all the locomotive variety, almost reminds me of the UP east of North Platte back in 1970. (Just no U50's!) Thanks for sharing...

Went through Pasco and found the BNSF 750/grainer leaving town. What's odd is they removed the Ferromex unit as it was at the fuel racks. 
Caught the power with the blue CIT unit heading for the roundhouse and the oil train. 

It it was a good day for variety.
