The final unit should be shipping in the next few weeks. Date: 10/02/15 09:47 Re: ACS64 #660 Author: CPR_4000 It's hard to believe that the order is almost complete! Now I guess they can gear up to build the Chargers . . . I hope they look better than the preliminary artwork. They'd look OK if their "faces" were the same as the Sprinters.

The first Charger car shell is well under way in the assembly shop. The first Cummins QSK95 arrived on Tuesday. We head to TTCI next spring! Date: 10/02/15 19:38 Re: ACS64 #660 Author: CPR_4000 How is that SD9043 conversion with the Cummins doing on INRD? There was a little flurry of attention a few months ago when it was delivered, but since then things have been vewwy quiet on that subject.
Date: 10/03/15 09:33 Re: ACS64 #660 Author: CCT41 The SD90 is a Cummins project, and we are not directly involved with the loco. We have supported Brookville and the new control system designer with some inverter work, but that is the extent of our involvement.
I did hear that the engine now moves under its own power, and will head for INRD soon, but there is still considerable work on the new control system, since the EMD control was scrapped.
