A stray radio transmission was heard here in Tulsa, OK this morning from BNSF DS24, but not enough was heard to identify the area.  We're thinking it was due to early morning radio conditions since this is not a dispatcher we normally hear here.  Can someone tell us what territory DS24 dispatches?

Lampasas Sub from Sweetwater to Temple, TX. Radio skip must be good today if you're hearing them from Tulsa.
