A Damp Cold Blustery Rainy Day On The BNSF
Author: Ritzville

It was a raw cold blustery rainy day in Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub with a gusty high-low of 46-38 and .42 of rain. It wasn't a good day for trackside picture taking. Here are some of the bavkyard catches of the day.

1. BNSF EMD 8553 on the point of WB 852am manifest train in the rain. Sorry about the electrical cord. I was trying to stay dry, lol, and I like EMD units.
2. WB 925am manifest train with EMD's BNSF 9278-9169 on the point with DPU.
3. Another shot of same power.

13. DPU BNSF 4647 fading away from the backyard on same "Z" train.
14. WB 133pm grain train with BNSF 6396-9079 on the pull with DPU.
15. Another shot of EMD BNSF 9079 on same train.

After the 133pm train there was a lull in traffic which is about to start up again for a busy evening ahead.

That's it for this wet and windy day! Hope everyone has a great evening and tomorrow! Thanks so much for looking!

Larry
