On The Way To Hollister

The Hollister branch isn't the fastest stretch of track the Union Pacific operates, but it is reliable, and host to the Hollister local as it approaches Highway 25 in San Benito County on St. Patrick's Day.

They haven't had a track machine down that line in some time.

I suspect the long lens on the camera makes the track look worse then it really is.

Just converted to CWR about a year or two ago. Was still jointed rail the entire length of the branch before that.
