UP train verses Semi south Sacramento
Author: Valleyman

Just saw on the news (KCRA3) that a UP train (maybe UP4263 south) struck the loaded trailer of a semi truck in south Sacramento,CA. Injuries reported. Severe flooding in the area on both sides of the stopped train, making it dificult for crews trying to clear debris. Crossing work was being done in the area of the accident. Appears to be between MP43 and MP45 on the Fresno sub. Hope the crew is OK.

KCRA update at 623pm says no injuries, pic looks like train clipped back of the trailer.
