No, this is Spruce. I was just a tad southeast of the old crossover. Also, on the right side of the shot, the signal you see there along Main 1 is the signal in The Sag... Date: 05/23/16 22:19 Re: Joint Line Action - 'Mash at Spruce Author: OregonOldGuy mojaveflyer Wrote:

Is this a new location opened up by the path from Palmer Lake (far right in photo) to Greenland? Neat! Rob Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 05/23/16 22:19 by OregonOldGuy. Sure ruined the landscape:(
Date: 05/24/16 05:18 Re: Joint Line Action - 'Mash at Spruce Author: Ween There is a trail that runs through the Greenland Open Space between Greenland and Palmer Lake that takes you just east of the tracks the whole way. You can access the trail from either end of the open space. The north half of that trail may be blocked off at the moment as they're letting cows graze in the open space on the east side of the tracks between Spruce and Greenland. I didn't go over to see if the trail was cow-proof'd to allow hikers/bikers/runners unimpeded access though...
