Western Railroad Discussion > Recent Oklahoma and Arkansas Catches

While catching up on here, here's some stuff I've caught within the past month including a venture over to Arkansas this past Wednesday and Thursday. 

1) An eastbound freight leaves Tulsa, OK through downtown in the evening hours on July 2nd

2) On July 7th, an Oklahoma City bound grain train passes through El  Reno, OK on the former Rock Island

3) July 12th I was able to catch a BNSF job making an appearance on the Texas Belt in Tulsa, OK to serve a local refinery

4) BNSF 1596 and 2105 enter the refinery at 25th st

5) Passing through Muskogee, OK we find the Port of Muskogee power shut down on the engine tracks this past Wednesday

6) Also on Wednesday, we finally catch up with a southbound grain train getting fuel at the Heavener, OK docks

7) The grain train catches up to us at Dequeen, AR as the lead unit passes the south switch of Dequeen

8) A northbound local comes back into Dequeen Yard long hood forward

9) Over in Dierks, AR we find a Dequeen and Eastern job tied down at a lumber mill

10) Coming back through Springdale, AR Thursday we find A&M switching near their headquarters
