NS Wylie yard

This is supposed to be a KCS yard at Wylie Texas. What happened?  Wow!  So many NS engines and the Nickel Plate. on Tuesday 07/26/2016

That is a lot of engines to be in that yard.  I have often wondered how many units NS has off line.  Seems like they are everywhere on BNSF and UP, now KCS.

You are right this time.  This should be an FRA violation on the NS for having to many NS engines in a KCS yard.

Obviously a photo shop job.  No railroad yard ever looks that neat and clean.  Where are all the oil and grease spills, the piles of scrap, and the graffitti stained equipment. This facility is not in active service!

Nice view and good to see some standard cabs too.

I bet KCS has to use more of their own power for all the Texas reroutes.  That means more NS pool power from the Atlanta trains.
