NS1073 the PC Heritage locomotive.

It is Sunday morning, 6:30 AM. Where is NS1073 currently assigned / located?

HeritageUnits.com last report was 8/26 4:10AM showing NS1073 on a Barstow to Vancouver train.

The yard in Vancouver- diverted from going to Tacoma - it looks to be going back to Barstow soon.
