A 30 {39} for Thursday

I took this picture 4/11/2009 in Tacoma of BNSF 2742 North

I know this a GP39v I believe but definitely a GP30 body
still intact.
Just curious of the history of this engine, possible CB&Q
heritage ? Just a guess

According to the BNSF Locomotive Directory 2015-2016, it was CB&Q 947.
