Western Railroad Discussion > Round 2 on the CoastDate: 11/22/16 18:34 Round 2 on the Coast Author: SPgoletablock More often than not the ODOWP passes Westbound thru the Santa Barbara/Goleta area sub-dawn, last Saturday and today were back to back midmorning runs. Saturday the empties passed thru the Gaviota area noonish and today I caught it stretched out on the bluffs a bit after 1000 hrs.
