Webcams don't work with new iPhones

Just bought two new iphones and an ipad and the webcams wont play on any of them. Anyone know how to fix this?

On my iPhone (IOS 10), I am unable to play videos using Safari. However, I can play videos using Chrome Mobile. Chrome is also a faster browser overall, too.

I think it's because Steve Jobs refused to recognize Flash.... I can't get the local airport AWOS on my IPhone and IPad for the same reason.

I purchased the app "Photon Flash Player for iPad - Flash Video & Games plus Private Web Browser"!
I use it on my iPad to access the RailStream.org web cameras.

Another alternative is to use a browser where the Flash session is done in the cloud and an mp4 is streamed to your device. One example is Puffin for Android and iOS. There are several others as well because this is a common problem.
