The long ago re-purposed passenger station in Yakima, WA.  I used it once as a State Fair excursion passenger, though the interior was unavailable for viewing.

Bert Grants moved out a number of years ago.  Looks like there is a pizza/gelato joint and coffee shop there now.

One of the best pizza lunches I ever had was there, the aroma of the baking crust overpowered any resistance I had.
Having the BNSF send an empty coal set by during lunch didn't hurt either.
Just down the block on the cross street to the south is the old UP office/freight house now occupied by an electrical and lighting business.  IIRC  they retain some of the gold leaf UP lettering on the windows.
