I have a train-order from the AT&SF that has faded over the years.  Is there someway to enhance it to be readable again?

The first thing you should do is scan it into your PC.
Perhaps PhotoShop can help bring back the print.

Scan it with a sheet of white paper behind it to help the contrast.
