It's a former ATSF M190, aka "Doodlebug", moved from CSRM to Belen in January 2007 made by EMC.

There is another model of a Doodlebug in Frisco, TX; a M160, that is still operational.  That one is made by Brill.

There is a third Santa Fe doodlebug preserved.

​M-177 is at the Travel Town Museum in Los Angeles' Griffith Park.
