Thank you for the pictures; I lived in Novato for a long time and still go there occasionally to visit family. How did you manage to get a couple of those overhead shots? Where you using a drone?

In the new SMART Timetable issued January 13, 2017 the siding has been renamed "Hamilton" and the control points at either end are North and South CP Hamilton. Since only the north wye switch is dual control (power) it is now CP Ignacio.

As you and I have discussed before and as we have admonished others, the SMART Mainline Subdivision is North-South and the SMART Brazos Subdivision is East-West so, yes, the Ignacio Wye switches are North, South and East.

The end of Hanna Ranch Rd would have been a perfect location for a park and ride type station for folks coming off Hwy 37.

what are the piles of white stuff under the grafitti-covered hopper?   Looks like someone opened the door (or failed to secure them) and material is falling onto the ROW?

Illusion with the water behind the hopper.

Still say the 1501 needs to be relettered with "proper" SP style Scotchlite lettering.
The numbers on the cab are way too big and in the wrong font too.

Judging with the water, I guess my dream of building a house, Barn and live steam tracks on the south east side won't happen....

Great photos

Funny, I just could not see that until i zoomed into the image, and then the illusion became obvious.  Time to start using my reading glasses.
