Western Railroad Discussion > Alongside Route 66Date: 02/19/17 22:21 Alongside Route 66 Author: BNSF-6432 Here in Tulsa, OK the Creek Sub begins leaving Cherokee Yard along Southwest Blvd. which is also a piece of Route 66, and is not hard to notice with many signs, structures, and statues that have been built within the past few years. One such example is this overhead sign identifying the old highway and city for northbound traffic.
