Eastbound on the Eastern Washington Gateway RR
Author: funnelfan

Despite weather that ranged from sunny to cloudy to rainy to snowy, I took an opportunity to railfan my own railroad. Jerry Miller was in charge of a eastbound train of four locomotives and around 60 cars from Davenport to the Highline facility at Four Lakes, WA. The locomotives were two ex-MRL SD45's of SP heritage, a ex-UP C40-8 and a dead in tow U23B.

I also have a video of the train climbing hard out of the Deep Creek valley, but will save that for later.

Awesome series! I like seeing the jointed rail on all but the last shot.
