More Heritage through Sumner, WA.

Not what you thought !

BNSF still has a good number of Cascade Green units
running around up here in Washington state. Mostly
GP38-2, SD40-2 and GP39-2's

We have the often photographed 2097 with all of the
​class lights on the short hood. And  the Santa Fe SD40-2
#1758 which comes through quite often.

Now if they would just paint something Northern Pacific !

BNSF sorta operates the "budget" heritage fleet!

FWIW, I observed one of the NP heritage covered hoppers on a northbound grainer through Kent yesterday.  Was gone before I could even think about photography, though.
