Rotaries From The Air

Had an amazing day with Blaze and Ted, along with countless others on Donner to capture a truly rare and fantastic event.  Unfortunately, I was only able to launch the drone on the way back down the hill due to concern for population issues surrounding the event.

Unreal brother! Glad we made that stop at Yuba. We all made the most of it!

Great shot MK. They made pretty good time between Soda and Yuba on account of how much light you had.

Great!...And at least you captured what you did. I am amazed at how Steady and Quiet the video is!,(being the first drone video I've had time to view). Now I'm hooked, will have to go back and view the other ones! Is this drone a fancy one, made for video? Or do they all get these nice shots?

Very cool, it was kinda fun to watch your drone zipping over our heads in the moments leading up to the rotary's arrival.

Jim,

Thanks for the comments.  As for my drone, it's a Yuneec Typhoon H that's designed to shoot 4K UHD video.
