Difference of decades; MILW at Martelle Ia 1972-2017!

A solid consist of F-units lead a MILW wb by the elevator at Martelle Ia on the Chi-Omaha main. Barely a year since the last UP streamliner passed threw her at 80 mph. Still 3 timefreights plus extras ply these rails but its all downhill from here. In 1980 the line will be torn up and many areas plowed under. Sad memories from a once all CTC IOWA mainline.
