Western Railroad Discussion > A&C train nearing Cadiz last Sunday

Friend "RSD5" and I spent Sunday out on the Needles Sub, eventually making it as far east as Cadiz, hoping for the arrival of the Arizona and California westbound 708 train. Around 4:30PM we were rewarded when the six-unit, 34 car train came into view roughly 6 miles from Cadiz, where it would interchange trains with the BNSF. It turned out to be an excellent trip, the desert is very colorful right now. I hope to post more photos from the adventure when I get a little more time, thanks.
