St. Patrick's Day in Chico CA: Train vs. Ped: Fatality

Radio traffic indicates a northbound just struck a pedestrian around MP 184 on the south edge of Chico (CA, UP Valley Sub).  The victim was just pronounced deceased. St. Paddy's day used to be crazy here but the university began scheduling spring break in the same week as SPD so that most students would be out of town. I have no engine number on the lead unit.
