Western Railroad Discussion > A wait in the rainDate: 03/22/17 18:20 A wait in the rain Author: photobob UP3014 an EMD Tier iV came into town today and tied up on the main next to the Dunsmuir Yard. I went down there this afternoon to see if it was still there but it slipped out of town. Meanwhile it started to pour but I heard a northbound so I hung out for a few minues getting soaked. So here's UP7375 north passing the Wait signals at the lower end of the yard. James posted a shot in the same location in the snow yesterday.

Cheers Chris Date: 03/23/17 07:15 Re: A wait in the rain Author: photobob If the signal at the south switch, which is located around the curve, is red the wait signals come on so the train will not block the road crossing of South First St. which is the street I live on.
