Western Railroad Discussion > "Spring" Time in ArizonaDate: 03/23/17 19:19 "Spring" Time in Arizona Author: slug96 On Wednesday night, Flagstaff was got another snow storm. This storm was predicted to produce one to two inches of snow, if that, since it was 70 degrees the other day here in Flagstaff. Yet, there was a foot of snow on the ground by 5AM. After work and class, and made my way out towards the summit to the railroad location of Riordan. I hiked in and parked myself here for the rest of the afternoon until my next class. I stood out there through wind and snow that produced three white outs. All of this, just to catch the Flagstaff local, which is hard to catch, for me, due to classes. Anyways...Enjoy!

Great photos, boss! Posted from Android Date: 03/24/17 16:43 Re: "Spring" Time in Arizona Author: zchcsse Awesome.
I went eastbound through that area 9-11am-ish and the sun had come out by then as we were just behind the storm. All of the trees were still covered in snow and it was absolutely spectacular. I've only had one or two other trips through that area when it's like that. -Tom Date: 03/24/17 17:19 Re: "Spring" Time in Arizona Author: callum_out Might get some more tomorrow.
