The growth of e-commerce companies is giving rise to a new kind of logistics company that combines elements of warehousing, inventory control and transportation management to fulfill orders for products that are purchased on line. These logistic companies provide a large range of services including freight brokerage,warehousing,dedicated contract carriage and air and ocean freight forwarding.

The companies are ranked by net revenue which is gross revenue minus purchased transportation costs.
