Like to report between Main and Flagstaff lots of trains backed up. West bounds doing 25mph at best.

Wonder what is going on? West of Flagstaff, Burlington Northern Santa Fe moves pretty good as it is mostly down hill westbound. Has BNSF ran eastbound trains at the regular speed?

When I was there last Saturday, there was talk on the radio that trains when hitting Maine, they had to slow to 25mph. I was able to catch 5 short trains when I was there for a few hours. Here is what I saw that Saturday Afternoon:
