I got skunked
Author: photobob

I knew the WP Heritage Unit was heading south this afternoon so I took a chance it would be rolling through before sunset. The southbound was waiting in the Upton siding for a northbound Z-Train. Well it wasn't the WP I had hoped for. Anyway I stuck around a few minutes after the meet and got it leaving the Upton Siding at the last light with Black Butte as a background.

Real nice shot Bob, especially with fading light. You play the cards you're dealt. Thanks for sharing.

When I read the subject line, I first thought you'd run into one of those little black and white critters! Now, there's a question, anyone ever out fanning and actually got "skunked"?

Great shot once again, Bob!

I was wondering if you would get to Upton. Nice clear area there...you always frame a great shot wherever you go!

I was out one time near some tracks on one side of the road and a model club on the other side. There were 2 or 3 kid out there and 3 "black and white kitty cats" in the field. I told the kids to go play with them. They started that way but I stopped them before they got into a stinky mess. That's the closest I've come to them critters.
