Will Coal Trains be discontinued on the CN Leithton Subdivision?

Hi everybody. I was wondering about the Coal traffic on CN's Leithton Sub because I've heard they might be a thing of the past due to the possible shut down of the Romeoville power plant. Will Coal Trains still run on the Leithton Sub in the future?
