Port of Tucson Cold storage Warehouse

Hi Everyone. I wanted to ask if anyone happens to have any updates on the progress of some type of Truck to Rail Cold storage Warehouse at the Port of Tucson AZ? I remember seeing something about it back in April 2015 stating they want to run 60 car unit trains to upstate NY using big 72ft reefer box cars full of produce from Mexico if i recall. Thanks in advanced.

Thanks but the link is from may of 2011. It dont really tell me anything about the new purposed Cold storage warehouse that was talked about in 2015. Unless Iam missing something.

Looks like they build the track but never put a building in .
Look at 32° 7'28.03"N 110°50'8.39"W
