Notch Eight IPA

I had some of this when I was down in Klamath Falls, Oregon a couple of weeks ago. Good stuff if you really, really like hops! The bottle has a short explanation of the meaning of "Notch Eight."

The Brewing Lair in Blairsden, CA also make very hoppy ales. It's an acquired taste! A little too much for me.
