Inland NW Rail Museum is located in Reardan, WA. 25 miles west of Spokane, WA.

Middle of nowhere, West of Reardan WA. I should quit laughing, Orange Empire Trolley Museum, later Railroad Museum
hasn't moved an inch and went from the nearby middle of nowhere to almost in town! Hey, at least the neighbors won't
be complaining up there!

Being a second generation Californian, born in the Los Angeles area, and currently living in Northern California, I am very well aware of California's Inland Empire in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. But as a long time member of Trainorders also, I have learned that some location names can and do refer to other places, outside of California, in the United States, as it is a very big country. ;^)
