BNSF New Covered Hoppers

New BNSF covered hoppers on w.b. CP Train #141 on the NS in Allen Park, MI on Oct 08, 2017.  Cars are coming from National Steel Car in Hamilton, Ont.

paint as clean and glossy as that just screams out to the taggers

Bran-spankin’ new and there already visible deformation in the side sheet metal? Hope these hoops holdup over time...

Once they're loaded those "dents" will disappear.

I think that is generally an after effect from welding shrinkage. New boxcars show that too many times. Over time weathering hides it well.
