CP on the Ground

Where: River Junction MP 286 Just north of La Crescent MN
When: 1045am +/- this morning
What: 2/ H-20
How bad: 11 sand loads on their sides, 2-3 derailed but upright
Main line is blocked, I'm guessing tonight's Amtrak #7 will be on the BNSF as well as tomorrow's #8

#7 heading over the river to spin back east, taking the BNSF. Interestingly Amtrak has not shown a service disruption for 7 or 8.

7 is by Bay City, WI as of 10:35 PM CST

No word on whether 8 will be detouring in the morning
