When last I reported, the preservation/restoration project for the station was on KDOT's September letting. Unfortunately, no one bid is September. KDOT did get some feedback from potential bidders, made a few minor tweaks to the project, and placed it on the November letting (which was this past Wednesday, 11/15).

The good news is that KDOT did receive bids this time around. More than likely, the approved bidder will be confirmed at the December 5th City Commission meeting - though that is subject to change.
