If you zoom out, there are many autoracks there painted yellow. If appears someone had a mishap and the paint was sucked into the vent system and sent up and out, only to land all over the roof. It's the same yellow as the autoracks.

Look like the paint booth and the filter system must have failed. Are you sure they are autoracks?

"Hey Joe, did you order all of these extra air filters?"

Looking back at previous Google images it appears that the yellow was on the roof at least as far back as 2012. The white painted area under the yellow changed configuration between the most recent two images.

Know well the effects of painting without a filter, was painting an airplane one day without one. Happened to catch an airplane parking in the marked no parking zone right outside the fan exit. Didn't do too much damage but took several hours of cleaning to get all of the overspray off.
