WB oil tank train on KP

Did anybody see the WB oil tank train with 2 BN on point and 1 BN as DPU on the KP a week ago this last Sat.? Was this a reroute or just BN paying back engine time.
That brings up another question. How is this paid back? Is it by so many Hours or is this figured by miles or by so many days? upkpfan
