Brings back memories for me. When I was a kid we lived in Livermore, CA and my father would take us to chase the California Zephyer, looking just as you painted it. We would chase it from a crossing on the outskirts of Livermore through the Altamont Pass until it disappeared in to the tunnel near the east side of the Pass.
