Is this Tunnel 11? Photo taken from the Pony Express. The Scottish Thistle is on the rear, while travelling to Portland for the 2004 AAPRCO convention.

Thank you. I've always wondered which tunnel this was. Spectacular ride over the Cascades, one of my favorites.

There's two bridges that are almost identical, the spotting feature is the tall concrete support. It's the only one like it on the hill.
