Date: 06/15/18 20:58 Re: Santa Cruz rail/trail saga continues Author: EsPee1229 Such an arrangement works in Portland where the Springbrook Trail occupies part of the Oregon Pacific Railroad row with a fence separation most of the way. Granted, it's not Class 1 mainline and they only run a few trains a week at low speed but it does work.
